I currently live in Idaho.  I’ve been searching for a creative outlet, and blogging seems to fulfill this need.

I have parrots, and have decided to create my first blog about Phoenix, an abused cockatoo that I adopted (or rather adopted me) through Animals in Distress – The Ruth Melichar Bird Center of Boise.  Phoenix entered my life November, 2008.
